Spot Free was recommended to us by a neighbor. Very impressed with the team's timeliness, fairness, and attention to detail. Additionally, they actually fixed our AC unit. We've worked with many HVAC companies in the past and intend on only working with Spot Free going forward.

We recently hired Spot Free to install new HVAC in our San Leandro home, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Their communication was excellent, their advice and ideas were very helpful in figuring out the ideal setup for our house, their quote was competitive, and the work was done quickly and well.

I particularly appreciated Anson's communication style. We had a lot of questions about the best setup, and he patiently answered everything. We never felt rushed or upsold into anything we didn't want to do, and by the time the work happened, we knew exactly what to expect.

Finding skilled contractors isn't always hard, but finding skilled contractors who are responsive and easy to work with can be tough. Spot Free is one of the good ones. We'll definitely call then next time we need HAVC work.

Brook and Ansen from Spot Free have been helping us for years, from the initial installation of our HVAC system (Carrier Infinity greenspeed, heat pump, love it) 8+ years ago to the regular maintenance, we have been incredibly happy with the professionalism of the team, the high quality and timeliness of services, and generally friendly and informative nature of their visits. We have been really happy with the system and with the services, Spot free is our go to HVAC vendor.

True professionals. We had a bad experience with a competitor who came out and tried to sell us a $9,000 system we didn't need. These guys came out, showed us where the competitor had lied to us, and fixed our problem for $500. Our AC is blowing colder than ever, and our system has never worked better. I highly recommend these guys. Be very, very cautious of the big companies on Yelp.

Brooke was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system and clearly explaining our options, including the costs and benefits of each, without any pressure or upselling. He also took the time to provide practical guidance on simple maintenance and self-care steps we can take to keep the system running well. We appreciated his transparency and expertise. Highly recommend!

I have to say Spot Free Air Services was fantastic from start to finish, from a lovely woman who scheduled my free quote appointment to meeting Brooks and his team for my AC installation and duct cleaning service. Everyone who worked on my home was clean, professional, and very kind!

A previous technician came to my home and after only a brief inspection tried to sell me a whole new furnace. I was suspicious of their estimate and decided to get a second opinion. Spot Free came to my home, thoroughly inspected my furnace, and fixed the issue for less than 10% of the cost that the previous vendor quoted me. I appreciate the way that they kept me informed through the whole process. They were on time, professional, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Spot Free HVAC!
